Pikes Peak via the Crags

The quieter, shorter west-side route to the 14,115-ft summit.

Starting near 10,000 feet on the west side of the peak, the Crags route cuts the mileage and elevation roughly in half compared to Barr Trail while delivering big alpine terrain and far fewer people.
